  • Vessel breakdown or mechanical failure
  • Actions taken by port authorities, customs, or other government bodies

4. Goods Disclaimer

OCANIA Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for goods that are undeclared or misdeclared by the customer. Items prohibited by Malaysian law or the laws of the destination territory will not be accepted for shipping. OCANIA reserves the right to reject any goods deemed dangerous, hazardous, or unsuitable for transport at our sole discretion.

Valuable personal belongings left inside vehicles during shipping are entirely the customer's responsibility. OCANIA will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items found inside shipped vehicles.

5. Damage Disclaimer

Normal wear and tear that may occur during the shipping process is not considered damage. Minor scratches on vehicles shipped via RORO (Roll-On/Roll-Off) may occur due to the nature of the shipping method and are not covered under any claim.

OCANIA Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to goods or vehicles prior to shipping. Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly document and photograph the condition of their goods or vehicles before handing them over for shipping.
